The Story of Patti’s Pepe Rolling Mill

Once upon a time in Tucson, Patti went on the search for the perfect item to buy.
Low and behold during her search, she ran into metalsmith, Melissa Muir! Her booth was a combination of creativity and excitement. After watching Melissa’s demonstration of the PepeTools Rolling Mill, Patti couldn’t help but add the 160MM Double Electric Flat & Wire Mill to her collection.  A short, yet clamorous, celebration was held right there in Melissa’s booth when the decision was made…even the random guy in the background held a bottle of wine up to photobomb/celebrate the purchase.
After the journey home and a short wait, the big day came and the rolling mill arrived!
It was amazing! Like Christmas in February! All 200 pounds of the 160MM Double Electric Flat & Wire Mill was a sight to behold.  A moment when the clouds part, the sun shines down and the angels sing.  Yes, it was that amazing.  If you don’t believe us, just ask Patti’s studio side kick Jackson…he was mesmerized.
Patti started right away.
First she selected just the right pattern for her copper strip.
With the push of a button, the wheels started turning and the metal was sent through like butter. It was that smooth.  No hiccups, no loud squeaks, just pure butter.

And then the big moment.  The moment we all waited for.  The metal was perfected into a sparkling, textured, glorious transformation.
It was almost too much to take, but Patti couldn’t stop there.
She had to keep going….5 more times to be exact. Only, each time was a new pattern, a new idea sparked, a new creation.  With a machine like this, the possibilities just kept rolling (yes, that was a pun).

The End (or is it?)
